No complaints about how friendly the guys are. Problem is they didn't finish the job. The one job went on for 8 months (before we gave up and accepted that they will never finish), with me having to reach out every time they said they were going to come and didn't show up, (14 times to be exact). They drilled holes in the door and left it that way for the entire winter. It's still that way. The photo attached is the 'finished' product of my exterior door. Great guys. Great service. They really are "The Guys". Don't look anywhere else for cameras, alarms, Smarthome, security, surveillance, controls or other smart tech.
