My complaint is as a witness to the traumatic experience that was caused by Gus Zamora as I witnessed him do anything but a good doctors job. I was physically present during this experience and witnessed firsthand how patients under his “care” are treated during one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. To start off. I arrived at the hospital at 3am after driving an hour and half as I was the patients support system. This place is horrible I will only speak for the 4th floor of this hospital I pray to God no one’s family member ever has to deal with these people. No patience what so ever & my mom hardly got seen & they wondered why she was non compliant. I wouldn’t wish this treatment on my worst enemy. You reap what you sow & im going to leave it at that.
Being looked at like you're wasting their time is so off-putting when just the doctor/NP coming in the room is over $1,000. I didn't get what medication they gave me on my discharge paperwork either. It didn't work of course and thankfully my primary was quick in getting the correct medication before it was too late. Even the issues I had before was let go because I know what it's like dealing with "difficult/needy" clients. Recently had surgery at this hospital, and I was very scared the whole time. However, every single person that I came in contact with was above and beyond amazing. Communication left absolutely no question unanswered, kindness was so above and beyond they were nicer to me than some of my family. Everybody was truly amazing. I met my entire team before surgery, and everybody spoke to me after. The nurses were so kind. And Dr Zamora did amazing with my surgery. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had.
