Mind you we had an appointment- and drove nearly 1 hour to be there, and he knew that. When we drove up he was and a few other men were with someone- which is fine. We got out of the car and he didn't even say "hello ladies, will be with you in a bit, go on inside." They all stopped looked at us and ignored us. We would have just been happy to be greeted. We drove all the way from Iowa to buy a car from Ryan. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in explaining the details of the car. He went out of his way to drill license plate holes for us as we needed those for our return trip. He also followed up with us after the sale. The price on the car was extremely competitive.
