My first visit was in May and Kara did my highlights. It looked great, but I went back this month September and asked her for the same. A partial of highlights to make my blonde brighter. She asked if I wanted a different toner to make it silver blonde. I told her I didn’t know but we will try it. It turned my hair gray. She took me back to the sink and put in a different toner which turned my hair brown. She tried to argue with me saying that it was a dirty blonde. She even took a picture of it under a special light and too... read more
