My experience has been decent until I need maintenance. On several instances for different repairs, one of which was a leak, I have had them be unresponsive to my request and then, when I call, tell me someone would be there later that day only for them to no-show. Judging by my own experience and the experience of other reviewers here, this appears to be a pattern. I have been looking for the perfect office for awhile, you know how long that can be. Stumbled upon a very briefed post for a unit then was met by Justin. The responses was fast, showing was quick. Application process and lease was as simple as it can be. Glad I ran into Justin who really helped me view and now rent an office space in just 4 days. Appreciate it buddy!
