I currently live in Floco Fusion and have really enjoyed my experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and is always committed to solving any issues that arise. I have also noticed that our maintenance requests get fixed very quickly, usually within a day, which is a great bonus!
They manage floco, where I've lived for 2 years, going on 3 now. Our apartment has been super cute, safe, and they're always putting on lots of fun things to do!
We live in the Uptown apartments. The people who work at DM companies have always been nice but slow on maintenance requests. The building itself is falling apart. The washer and dryer were out for three months, and now that we have a new one it’s up to $3 per load which is crazy. There are also only one washer and dryer in the whole unit. My personal apartment was okay, no real complaints there but the building itself was a mess. People would leave beer bottles and cans outside the door. There was hay all over the common area carpets, including old furniture that people would leave after they moved out. Nothing was done about this and it is a fire hazard. Additionally, half of the laundry machines were broken or couldn’t be used because they left holes and black marks in your clothing.
