I lived in Detailed Management's 8th Ave apartments for a bit over two years and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The only reason I stayed was because of how cheap a studio was (they have since increased the price). It is an average college housing experience: slumlord, everything is expensive, they take money out of your security deposit when you move out as some sort of "move-out fee," etc. The major cons: 1.
