In response: My parking pass didn’t move the whole time I lived there. The issue was you guys gave me a green parking pass then in the middle of my lease you guys towed my vehicle saying it needed to be blue. For 6 months it was green! then said you couldn’t do anything about it until I threatened to take it to small claims court. Then all of a sudden I could pick my car up for free. Working with Alex and Justin has been made really easy.
It started off rough even on day 1, Emily Steward scheduled a key drop off at the property on my move in day and failed to show up. It took 1 hour of calling them to reach someone in the office who could deliver them and they were unsure if they even had them luckily they kept a spare in the freezer I guess.. still no idea where the last tenants keys are! Morgan and Alex were a great help from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
We’re so thankful for DM and all they’ve done, after moving here from Texas to Minneapolis we were having a hard time finding a home- thankfully we found DM! Been such a breeze, they’ve worked with us and been great- quick to respond to all our questions and emails. So thankful this is our first experience in Minneapolis. Especially thankful for Justin and all his help, support and communication! Without him we’d probably still be searching!
