This is the second time I have used Detail Pro to remove a wrap on a company vehicle. Both times were great experiences! The staff was friendly and helpful and the vehicles looked better than new! I definitely recommend Detail Pro and plan to use them again in the future!
I did not think the floors of my SUV could look nice let alone brand new! They did an impressive job on my interior, every nook and cranny has been cleane and beautified. My only issues were communication on pick up and the slippery (but very clean and now new looking) floor mats. The people I felt with were very friendly and wanted me to be completely happy with their work. I will definitely use them next time!
This is the only place I take my car to be detailed. Cars look like they come off the showroom floor. People can't get a better job done any where else.
They did a very good job on my husband's SUV but allow extra time because it took five hours not three to get an express wax. I have to say they did some extras to make up for the delay. Thank you.

They did an excellent job on the interior of my SUV. I picked someone up right after it was done and was asked how old my SUV is because it looked so clean inside. I had no ride after dropping off my vehicle so they brought me home and delivered the vehicle once complete. Only small issue I had was no one responded to phone calls/emails when I wanted to check in to see if it was ready as it took longer than the estimated time.
For the most part they did an excellent job on my filthy SUV. My only complaint is what they used on my WeatherTech floor mats. Whatever they used made them extremely slippery and somewhat dangerous when moving from the accelerator to and from the brake. Definitely something you need to change when working on those types of mats.
