Found this company through research today and just wanted a car wash inside and out. So they get 3 stars because they responded very quickly and came on site within pretty much 2 hours of first contact. They washed the car in 100+ degree heat with a smile on their face so for that, they get 3 instead of 1 star because the customer service was good. I paid 80$ to have a car wash so 60$ for what they charge and a 20$ tip. My car smells awful after being cleaned.. it's a brand new 2018 F150 and it used to smell like a new car a... read more

Just got my car washed this afternoon. Once I got home and looked at it in the sunlight the entire back end was still filthy had not been washed! My trunk was not vacuumed as well.. How is this even possible when they managed to wash the rest of my vehicle and partially vacuum ? This is unacceptable when I pay 100% for a service and tip your employees when I only get 75% of the work done..... :( #wishmycarwasclean

Drove across town only to find them closed on a Thursday at 1:30pm. After calling numerous times finally got someone to answer and was told they were busy at shows around town maybe tomorrow the shop would be open. If you are going to have limited hours of operation or appointments needed for service then it should be advertised as such instead of wasting my time reading your reviews only to find out your close and aren’t organized enough to muti task more than one thing.
