I love Chemical Guys!! They not only have great products but their customer service is on point!! Jerry and Saul are very knowledgeable on all the products. You have questions and they have answers!! Very good knowledge of the products
After many years of purchasing from Chemical Guys, I’m extremely disappointed. They sent me a product that was already a year old, then essentially told me the product only has a 2–3 year shelf life, meaning they’ve already used up a significant portion of that lifespan before I even received it. Their answer? It’s covered by their “30-day warranty.” That’s not acceptable to me. Huge shout out chemical guys staff member Saul! I went there looking for something that might take off what appeared to be permanent fogginess around the edges of my driver side side mirror. Saul looked at the mirror and said it appeared as if some kind of compound got on the mirror and caused oxidation. He said he wanted to try using the compound they sell to clean headlamps to see if that would work. It worked extremely well and when I offered to pay for the product, he said no worries!
