Products are great, and staff is friendly but posted hours are hit and miss. Stopped by today at 4 PM and all doors were locked during open hours.
Products are good but how this store is run leaves a lot to be desired. Manager needs to be replaced. We went down to the Cars and Coffee @ 11:30 am and nobody was there. After talking to the worker, his manager decided to call in sick leaving this poor guy telling everyone that the event was cancelled. Also, when asked why they didn't cancel the event, I was told that Corporate has to do the cancelation and nobody was available to do so. Well, that's it for me! Been wanting to come here for a while now and it did not disappoint. Ed was awesome, very informative and took the time to go through everything i needed for all my cars with several different circumstances. Customers came in and he was still 100% attentive to me, while being polite to the other walk-ins. I was kind of a kid in a candy store if you will. Totally recommend this place as I've used a few of their products before, just not so detailed (pun intended). Thanks again and see you down the road again (pun intended).
Gone in there twice, and the staff are very informative. There are a million videos online, but these guys cut through the nonsense and point you in the right direction. Some of the products are pricey, but it's on par with what you find online. Brick and mortar stores usually mark up significantly to account for the overhead, but I honestly don't find that to be the case here. Would definitely recommend stopping in-- especially if you're a novice trying to gain some free knowledge.
