The only you should be going for the best caravan, huge range, plenty if manufacturers and talk through all options and scenarios to make your build to suit! In February and March 2024 my van was repaired at Destinyrv After returning the van serveral times for re-work I now have a van that is almost like new. This has been a long process over 12 months. I can only hope the workmanship improves and the communication from the service department is reviewed from management.
I had an electrical short within the BMPro Management system, which was locking my brakes on and causing problems with the light circuits. Owen and the team bent over backwards to rectify the problems at short notice over the Gathering Round Easter holidays period. Bravo Zulu guy's.
Very disappointed. We love the van but warranty does not count for anything with this company. Have been waiting for over a year for repair to our Road Owl floor. Just being fobbed off -still waiting.
