Using navigation to find the place was a little frustrating because it kept taking us to a parking lot across the street from the hotel (not the hotels fault). The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. You could drive any to any of the disney parks within 10-15 minutes. They do not come to replenish the towels/ rags daily. They will give you plenty if you go to the front desk to request them. Our issues were with the room itself. Housekeeping returned some medications we left behind to the front desk and helped get them back to us buy UPS! Pros: affordable, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, set back from the highway and quiet, very friendly and helpful staff Cons: mildew smell, smoking near entrance, debris in pool, shower stall a little grimy I hate to even be critical because of how kind and understanding the staff was with returning the prescription medication. I very rarely write reviews.... it takes a LOT to get me to do this. I also travel a LOT and there's just no way this place is not paying for inflating their ratings on Google and Booking.com This is the absolute worst place I've been to in the last couple of years. Room smells like mold, they offered me another room and it smells pretty much the same. Won't be staying as I'm allergic to mold. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good rate, excellent location, microwave and fridge in rooms, comfy beds, good water pressure. I even checked the air conditioner filter, was literally spotless, only suggestion is add some type of bed side charging capability and a lamp, preferably a lamp with usb charging ports.
