Excellent service
IMO they ran a bait advertising promotion for a $10000 free diamond ring. Conning people into spending $200 to get a free 'ticket' in the FAKE PRIZE which they were never going to draw. They told us to pick up our engagement ring before the Xmas shopping period because they "might not be open in the New Year" so they knew they were going to close and so we feel they purposely tried to get as many suckers into their store as possible to sell as much of their stock as they could before they closed.
