My mother purchased a home. It’s been a nightmare from day one. Leaking toilet for 4 months causing major mold issue. Literally took them four months to come check it out. Had to turn water off and use other bathroom. Doors won’t close, floor is unlevel, the list is endless. They are horrible at customer service. Don’t answer the phone. Won’t return phone calls. Send inexperienced people to “fix” problems. This place should be closed down.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute garbage product, terrible customer service, and unprofessional service members. Numerous electrical issues. Numerous fit and finish issues. Their "tech" came out to install some stuff that they forgot to install at the factory and made a mess of our house. Spilled a 2 liter of coke on our floor, left pizza boxes in our kitchen, and stole our toilet paper and paper towels. He locked himself out and meesed up our door trying to to pry it open. Save yourself a headache and do not buy a Cavco Destiny Home. They offer beautiful floor plans and great looking photos online, but their build quality is poor and they lack any sort of quality control process to ensure they deliver a quality product. I just took possession of my new Destiny Sparrow home, and it is such a disappointment.
