Look like this builder needs a class action lawsuit….I am in the process of looking to purchasing 2 mobile home, after reading all the bad reviews, look like they are just throwing the mobile home together to make $$ with poor Quality work, after all the bad reviews i will not be purchasing mobile homes from this builder at all. Failure to honor warranty in a timely manner (2 years since C/O obtained)
Wish I had gone with a different company. It took them 3 years to replace the lino that had been patched together. That lino is no bubbling but Brandi in customer service said it's not covered as I was satisfied when it was installed. How was I to know less then a year later I would have peaks and valleys in the lino. Terrible construction and terrible customer service
