We had our home delivered in Jan 2025. Was told it would be ready for move in March of 2025. It's July 2025 and newly married the home is still not completed. They have literally ruined our home. The floors were ruined by their employees. The porch was ruined by their employees because they didn't use drop clothes while staining the porch. Now there is stain everywhere. and the porch flooring has to be replaced. I wish I had known how bad Destiny’s reputation was prior to buying. My AC is not working as it should. It runs all day unless I turn it way up. I’ve called and called, speaking to everyone I can think of. Everyone points the finger at everyone else. I’ve been told by 2 different contractors that the AC is not big enough. Destiny acknowledges this but won’t fix it. I can’t even get them to return my phone calls. The manager passes the buck and won’t help. I absolutely would not recommend them.
