We bought from Destiny Homes in June of 2019. We'll off the top the house had no power, then the appliances didn't work. Took forever to get anyone out to fix it. My kids could of probably built a better house. But anyways, been filing the same issues with Johnny since 2019 with nothing being done. I'm now looking into legal action. I'll be **** if I pay 200,000.00 for a new home and have to put more money into fixing it this soon
We purchased our home in 2019 from ******* manufactured homes. Due to a lot of mistakes and delays we were finally able to move in on December **, 2019. After moving in we notified ******* of issues we discovered in the home and was told to contact the manufacturer. I began contacting the manufacturer immediately. We got bounced around, had to leave messages, etc... I have only been in my home less than 48 hours and I am noticing where Destiny took short cuts. The linoleum is not glued on entire under surface. Cabinet drawers are low grade contractor drawers interior door jams are also lower grade contractor door jams door hinges are cheap hinges. The Atrium door in dented and its door jam is stained. I will update my post after I turn my warranty list in to Destiny in 30 days with how they handle my warranty punch list.
We have been in our Destiny Elite home for two years now and it is wonderful. It is a 16 X 50 home with dry wall throughout. We designed the home and it was built just as we wanted. I have my white kitchen, farm sink and master bath with two sinks. We could not get anything similar anywhere else. We highly recommend Destiny homes, at least the Elite model.
House delivered on Feb. 20th, 2020. House is not habitable for us seniors. Very disappointed that we are not in our house as of this day, [July 27th, 2020] House has major Problems. We have made several calls but, no response has been returned to us. Floor is not level, Master Bath, Shower head is in the wrong spot, Shower door does not work. We were promised 17" high handicapped toilets. Kitchen has missing tile and floor has a hump in it. Daylight shows under the Front Door. This among other things that have to be done. We... read more

As a manufacturer we cannot control the length of time it takes for the dealer to contract the delivery and set up for the consumer. Our service manager did a on-site inspection with the dealer and the customers and scheduled a service tech for the list of items identified. On our scheduled appointment our service techs were not able to fix or finish any items listed due to no electricity or water hook up. I’m leaving one star only because I had to in order to give a review. If I had a choice I wouldn’t give them any. We made the mistake of buying a Destiny home from this company last year. It’s a decision we have sorely regretted. We went to view the home on their lot before they delivered it, and they had some of our rooms painted the wrong colors, and had the wrong tile on our backdrops. I've ordered multiple Destiny's for customer and have had nothing but excitement and appreciation when they turn the key to their new home for the first time. These homes are quality and beauty put into one. I can not stress enough to look into them as your builder. These are not your grandmas trailers... These are homes that outshine most site built homes we have seen.
They will not honor their warranties , roof has multiple leaks and they will do nothing to fix the problems, they just ignore all forms of communications for you. Never buy anything from them
Was a nice run to Statesboro, GA. No blown tires. The only issue was plastic tearing, twice. Heads up in that department.
