6 months after purchase, NONE of the pre existing problems have been touched. Service NEVER answers the phone, leave a message and it is NEVER returned. Finally had to look at taking legal action against them and their response was the problems would NEVER get repaired if I did that. Never would have got involved with this company ! Brand new with so many issues a work is so shoddy , they need to be ashamed of themselves to sell these homes ! We have half a house with a/c a they tell us 2 weeks before anybody gets here in Fl to fix it , 90 degrees in the house a power bill outrageous! Don’t buy from these people !! You been warned ! Would not even give them one star
I have only been in my home less than 48 hours and I am noticing where Destiny took short cuts. The linoleum is not glued on entire under surface. Cabinet drawers are low grade contractor drawers interior door jams are also lower grade contractor door jams door hinges are cheap hinges. The Atrium door in dented and its door jam is stained. I will update my post after I turn my warranty list in to Destiny in 30 days with how they handle my warranty punch list.
We have been in our Destiny Elite home for two years now and it is wonderful. It is a 16 X 50 home with dry wall throughout. We designed the home and it was built just as we wanted. I have my white kitchen, farm sink and master bath with two sinks. We could not get anything similar anywhere else. We highly recommend Destiny homes, at least the Elite model.
