Dave is an experienced and trustworthy general contractor who was able to do little and large projects around the house. He spells out exactly what is being done and cost for things…which is appreciated after dealing with shady contractors who don’t even give a thorough estimate. He will work within budget to produce best results for the best price, while doing quality work to get the project done. Communication was top notch. I hate when I can’t get ahold of my contractors. This was never a problem. 🙂 Highly recommend

David and his electrician are totally incompetent at there workmanship period! Han his so called electrician Alex( Words of wisdom don’t let him in your house) to install a fan in my attic . Job: Reframe and replace exterior door that is currently 34x80 with 36x80 exterior door. Prep: Now before I started looking for contractors to do this job for me, I spent a good amount of time looking for ways to complete this job myself. You know the drill. I hired DD on 8/2015 for a bathroom renovation on my mother's home for $10,450. Upon completion, the bathroom cabinets were loose and missing nobs. The painter used only one coat of paint so this caused issues if you touched the any of the walls. On 10/2015, I hired DD for $32,925 to renovate the 2nd kitchen and bathroom. The guys busted into chimney bricks with a sludge hammer causing a hole so David recommended it would cosmetically look better to completely remove the chimney for $800.
