It’s no point in making an appointment they have you verify you coming so may times to have you sitting and waiting more than an hour after your appointment time. And don’t ask about the wait cause they will get rude when you ask them a question especially that lil Hispanic girl
Always an amazing experience
Everyone at this office is friendly and pleasant. Dr. Hardy is GREAT! She explains everything before the procedure begins AND answers all questions. The process is never rushed. (There is no designated parking lot. Street parking is available. Pay attention to posted signs Some parking is free, some pay through an app).
Dr. Hardy is awesome.
I waited over 2 hours to be seen despite having and appointment, arriving early, and paying all of my copays. I’d strongly suggest going it is to another dentist especially if time management is something you value.
