Really bad service. Went had me waiting 3 hours today and for nothing! So racist. I was the one waiting for long time to go in with a dentist and I got treated bad left to the side. After the 3 hours passed by, all I got back was “come back next time because we can’t help you” like really!? Walked out so disappointed.
I noticed a new dentist and few new workers the front staff was good assistance and polite.also miss hardy was very gentle,kind,helpful in explaining everything and her smile made me comfortable she in the right field doing her job and also I felt the same way for her assistant keeliyiah she was so sweet, smiling, helpful and just comforting to the dentist assist me the right person to do her job as well.thank you destiny dental great team work stay blessed and safe see you next time.
Very bad service, I will not go back to this place. I asked for a deep cleaning and they only put me under anesthesia and cleaned 2 or 3 teeth on the right side and I have to pay again to have a cleaning done somewhere else. And they did not clean me well, they only hurt my gums. They did everything quickly and abruptly. People like that should be sued.
Just had appointment today and the receptionist at the front checked me in ask me to have a seat. Then she yells in front of everyone you don’t have insurance which i do You should have ask for all that information before asking me to take a seat. That was extremely unprofessional of her.
