I went to destiny dental the Chatham area, Chicago, in January of 2021 to get some x-rays done for some dental work which they said to take a couple of weeks for my insurance to approve then I realize several months passed by so I called my insurance company, they told me Destiny Dental never submitted my claim so when I called Destiny Dental they said they were still waiting on the insurance people to approve it and I told them that's not true because my insurance told me they never sent the claim and then they said they...Ā read more
They never sent my billing to my insurance, Only to discover after a year through a call from the collections department.Ā
