Good customer service but 2 stars because of billing policies. Me and my child are on 2 separate insurance but are bills are combined preventing me from getting my work done and now months later I'm still looking for a new dentist. Terrible.
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Booked an appointment at 1 PM to see the dentist. I sat there for 45 minutes. I reminded the receptionist that I have a shift at 2:30 PM and why did she set an appointment for me knowing that they don't have the capacity and they cannot meet the expectation. This is an absolute disgrace and I will not reccommend for someone who values time. Only visit if you have nothing to do for that day so that you can sit and scroll tiktok.
