This is a 0 star dentist, only giving one because it's required to rate & say what I want to say! I arrive on time for my appointments, they don't care about that. I waited nearly 2 hours to be seen last time only to get to the back, wait even longer then have the rude dentist as quickly as she can, rush my cleaning! Good customer service but 2 stars because of billing policies. Me and my child are on 2 separate insurance but are bills are combined preventing me from getting my work done and now months later I'm still looking for a new dentist. Terrible.
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Booked an appointment at 1 PM to see the dentist. I sat there for 45 minutes. I reminded the receptionist that I have a shift at 2:30 PM and why did she set an appointment for me knowing that they don't have the capacity and they cannot meet the expectation. This is an absolute disgrace and I will not reccommend for someone who values time. Only visit if you have nothing to do for that day so that you can sit and scroll tiktok.
