Upon calling this office five times to set up appointments for myself and my children, I was placed on hold. The first time I waited 15 minutes, wasn’t able to wait longer , so I waited and called back. Upon answering the phone, I was placed immediately on hold again. Also I called 2 times after they opened at 9 and was sent to voicemail. If you’re scheduled to open at 9 , you should be at your desk, ready to answer phones at 9 , not 9:30 , but according to the hours listed on Google. Absolutely the worst dental office I have been to and I will never ever go back.
Just want the record to show that the manger Sulema Nava has been a very good reasonable problem, Solver. Easy to deal with wonderful manager, and she always makes things accommodating.
