A mother's worst nightmare! I went here myself and it wasn’t that bad only because the young man who took my x-rays was so nice. I heard them having a convo with a lady who was trying to secure a cleaning contract with them. I then decided to bring my children. For my daughter, it would have been her first dental visit ever. On August 9, 2022, I called Destiny Dental at 1 Chicago, Oak Park, Illinois, and spoke to Anna. After asking what insurance I had, she made an appointment for me for August 11, 2022. I told her the reason I made the appointment was to check a molar which had recently been causing pain. And I told her my insurance pays all copays 100% and everything else up to $3,600. I went to destiny dental the Chatham area, Chicago, in January of 2021 to get some x-rays done for some dental work which they said to take a couple of weeks for my insurance to approve then I realize several months passed by so I called my insurance company, they told me Destiny Dental never submitted my claim so when I called Destiny Dental they said they were still waiting on the insurance people to approve it and I told them that's not true because my insurance told me they never sent the claim and then they said they... read more
They never sent my billing to my insurance, Only to discover after a year through a call from the collections department.
