Kaitlyn is an absoute dream! Got a natural beauty set today and I am in love! My nails are very thin & sensitive. Kaitlyn was extremely gentle with me. The studio prioritizes cleanliness & proactive preventive care for cross contamination. 10/10
I was a die hard client for 12 years, I followed Suzanna from Cloud 9 to her own salon and had my last nail day a week and a half ago… I have ALWAYS had issues with my nails popping off and lifting(and would pay a premium and extra for said lifting at my next appointment) , I would walk out of the salon and by the time I got home( 30 minutes) every single nail would be lifting. I even sent pictures to Suzanna as soon as I got home, and can provide her acknowledgment of the lifting if you’d like it.
This is the best nail salon in the area. I'm so picky with my nails, and I've been to most nail salons around the cambridge area. This is the only place where I've been truly happy with them. They made my nails look like jewels, using the cat eye method and green and black polish. I've received so many compliments on them.
I have been coming here for years and it is the absolute best nails I've ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Susana was awesome! I had a full set of bio gel nails done elsewhere and fell breaking one really bad. I stopped in to Destined nails, she did a fantastic job and we had a lovely chat. When I’m back in town I will definitely return!
