Always a pleasant time at this office. The staff is very professional and friendly. My children love Dr. Tingling,
Greeted well upon arrival. Entire staff very patient with my 3 1/2 yr old and 14 month old. When called to go back the kids didn't want to stop playing with the great toys in the waiting room and the staff didn't rush them at all--- made for a comfy transition to the chair! They walked the kids thru it all in kid language. Dr Tingling was super amazing with the kids too-- made them feel special and consequently me too. All Staff very friendly & efficient. They really know how to make a Moms job there easier. It was nice too to see my kids name up on the window as he was a new patient that day! Very professional!
We saw Dr. Biggs for the first time today. She and her office staff were very friendly and warm toward the children. We will continue to come back every 6 months.
Dr. Biggs and staff were amazing with my twin 3 year olds. Patient with their fears and explained everything to them. Great visit!
This establishment is a wonderful place.
The staff always makes everyone feel like VIP's with there service provided...! DR Tingling has has excellent patient and parent communication!
Dr. Biggs and her staff, from the front desk, to ALL of the dental hygienists are the most friendly, comforting and reassuring staff I have met out of all of my daughter's doctors. They are always one time, provide great care and make my daughter feel relaxed and she enjoys the dentist!
My little dude enjoyed his dentist visit. The bright colors in the office and the kid-friendly staff and dentist were great! He did cry a little while "getting flossed", but the hygienist and the dentist did a great job of trying to keep him calm with their cheerful tones. I WILL CERTAINLY take him back! I highly recommend them. The only small issue was that the "goodie" bag with the toothbrush was for a girl and not a boy, but other than that all was great! I should have checked it before we left the dentist office.
