Always have to remember with places like this that the tenant is not the client, the property owner is. I still think about a snarky comment Ethan made, years ago, when I was asking for help. Maybe he remembers, maybe not. And hey, most of the time, you probably won't have an issue. Merridee Escalera is so wonderful to work with! She was proactive and made our property sale process go so, so much more smoothly than I could have imagined. I highly recommend her and the team at Destination for both their property management and property sale services.

If leaving negative stars were an option, I would happily do so. Unfortunately, dealing with this company turned into an ongoing exercise in patience. Communication with Ethan Conrad, in particular, was consistently dismissive and unprofessional. Concerns about harassment and abuse from other tenants were repeatedly minimized or outright disregarded, despite the existence of clear video and photo documentation (which I’m more than happy to provide if suddenly deemed relevant). I rented a unit that they were leasing last year. The unit had many minor issues, for example dead bulb lights through out the house, things left under kitchen sink cabinet (cleaning supplies), a home alarm left in the drawer along with other things, a water hose left out side the house a broom left in the kitchen pantry, the blinds weren't a 100% put together, but they were still useable and because we we were all college students renting the place we didn't complain about it we didn't think it was really a big deal up unti... read more
