Margaret Harshaw or "Margie" Told us we have been approved for this house and that it was ours, we asked if we could give her the deposit on a certain day and she said we could and that it would be fine! then 2 days later text us and say she sold it to somebody else who gave her the deposit quicker. We were very very excited to have this house. It was perfect for us. She was Very wrong. Bad management. I personally think she should be fired. Money hungry jerks.

I would highly recommend never renting from these people. I lived at Old Tuscan Village, which they just 'renovated'. Basically, this means they slapped paint on the walls and tore out carpet. They did nothing to improve the property. It is cockroach infested, and they are NOT doing anything about it. Their 'in-house' pest control is a joke. This is easily the most frustrating and difficult management company I've ever dealt with. For starters, their staff is a revolving door so you never actually know who you're dealing with. While this wouldn't usually be an issue, the staff is so incompetent that they actually will lose track of your money, so keep your receipts if you choose to live at any of their properties.
