Terrible service- made apt for a recall was advised it would be 2 hours and was never offered a rental car but advised them prior to if it would take longer than 2 hours I would need a rental. 2.5 hours in I was told they would need 4 hours again never offered a rental as per Ford Recall. Ran out of time only half the service don't, had to make a new apt at another Ford dealership to get the work done and they offered a rental.
