My son picked up a 2008 1200 Sportster with stage 1 upgrades. The salesperson we spoke with was incredible, just straight up answering and laying down knowledge. Zero pressure. When the a technician took it around to the front, he then took the time to go over riding gear, our month long 15% off, ordering, maintenance and more knowledge to help my son out. Never had this kind of service with any of my 9 motorcycle purchases. This guy was cool AF, like the salesman, wish I was better with names. We'll be back.
Will NEVER go back here. Called them yesterday to get a price on changing tires over. They told us price so we said okay we will drop off tires today. Today go to pick them up and price was significantly higher AFTER they did the work. Of course was shocked and said what we were told on the phone and the person said no one there would have told us that. That is absolute theft, telling a customer one price and then doing the work and charging significantly more. What is wrong with this world, unbelievable.
