During my appt. Dr. Lichorwic told me that continued use of my bottom tray was needed since my upper teeth were still being corrected. He made it quite clear that the added cost of a bottom tray was the responsibility of Invisalign, not us. This makes perfect sense. The person(s) I have dealt with since ordered a new tray and made me pay for it. Its not a question of cost, it is just not the right thing to do.
