Discrimination and dishonest business actions. Lisa's attitude changed when she saw we were black. She entered our room while we were sleeping, false advertising of heated pool, and said all was good after we checked out, but sent us pictures of dirty towels and a pillowcase with a small black stain that was on the pillowcase when we checked in as a cause for holding our $500 deposit.
Business response:
The refund was issued on 4/24/23 for the $500.00 security deposit. There was damage to some towels that they were not charged for. We also had blinds professionally installed on the entrance door while they were here to provide more privacy. It's unfortunate that they did not enjoy their stay with us. We definitely do not discriminate against anyone EVER!! We provide each guest with friendly and helpful service to the best of our ability.
