Lived here 3 years and absolutely love living here. Very quite and peaceful. Neighbors are amazing too.
Bought our home here in 2014. LOVE it here! Great neighbors, great location, lots of restaurants nearby, right next door to a really nice outlet mall and close to the beach!
We retired here full-time 5 years ago. The park is consistently clean & well maintained. The streets are well lit. People are friendly, helpful & courteous. Watching the dogs with their owners is a treat! We are sad to have to move back to our home in OH due to family issues. Thank you, Ed! We will miss everyone!

We have lived here for more than 18 months and we LOVE it! It's a quiet, safe, beautiful, affordable little 55+ community where most of the residents are pleasant, helpful, and considerate. Directly across the street from the Gulf and next door to shopping and restaurants, it's location can't be beat. The negative 1-star review is inaccurate.
