Was referred to this clinic and couldn't be more disappointed. I've called to schedule with them three times and each time, was told I would receive a call back within a day or two and never was. This level of unprofessionalism is really just unacceptable.
The worst place to go absolutely terrible management. Took the appointment two months ago and received a call that they would like to cancel because they didn't order a test. I called them and asked them to send the test order so we can take the test. They said to go to Quest diagnostic for the test. When we went there they order was not there. I just called this place to reschedule an appointment and the man on the line was very hard to understand, so he decided to hang up the call instead of repeating himself. I asked two times very kindly what he was saying since he was a bit hard to understand. Letting my primary care doctor to be referred to a different specialist!!!

If you have ever seen another gastroenterologist even a year ago you may be denied care here, even with an approved referral from your primary doctor. I was told this is due to “policy,” yet no clear or logical explanation was given when I asked why seeing a different specialist in the past would disqualify a patient now. If a doctor didn’t help you, seeking a second opinion is normal and expected in healthcare not a reason to be turned away.
