Received the referral from my insurance and tried calling 3 times. On hold for at least 10 mins and then prompted to leave a message and someone would call back in 48 hours. When I went to leave a message the first 2 times, an error occurred and the 3rd time, the voice mailbox was full. Not wasting anymore time with this organization to try and get an appointment. This type of service speaks volumes for the type of medical practice they are. There are too many other places in San Diego that give you better care.
Had to go in for two separate procedures and the procedure itself was fine. However, the medical care I received was not. The doctor barely speaks to you, all of my concerns were brushed off and it felt like I was being medically gaslit. The doctor specifically on my Endoscopy hardly said 2 words to me and after I didn't see him at all, just a piece of paper that said they would follow up in a month, which btw has not happened and it's 2 months later, and of course I call and just get an answering machine.Every concern I bro... read more
