I would have given her a 3. Only because in 18 years? She kept me on the same exact medication same exact dose. Really you expected to help? Then she left Nova / prime behavioral Health the end of November. I had to find out from my health insurance company. I had just had an appointment October 18th. She didn't say a word. 18 years and no goodbye. But she did call other clients and LMK where she's working. And to top it off one of the clients she called? I'm the one that referred him to her.
