The food was excellent! The portions were huge. The service was friendly. Make sure you take a trip to the bathroom, not only was it clean ( I always check before i eat somewhere) but they have a sugar scrub for your hands that smells so good that I wanted to eat it too. They sell the scrub and I plan on going back for 2 of them. I loved it!!!
Best Caesar salad I have had in a very long time!!! Most entrées can be split between two people as it is a lot of food.
chicken and dumplins had a half box of salt,, Black eyed peas very good., collard greens straight out of the can..I will this for the snowbirds
This is the best restaurant I have been to. My family and I visit this place every year on vacation. I love the small town feel and the amazing staff. We actually had the same waiter this year that we had last which is just bonus points for me!

Terrible food. Decent service. Make sure you check the bacon if you get the bacon wrapped shrimp ours was only cooked on the top and still raw underneath. Out of all 6 of us no-one enjoyed their meal.
Gator bites were pitiful but the fried shrimp, fried green tomatoes and fried okra were good. Our waiter didn't seem to be enthused but did his job....we'll try again when we come back....hopefully we'll get the nice girl!
We totally enjoyed De Soto's Seafood Kitchen !!! Everything was SUPERB !! A 10+ is our rating for the wonderful place .... Best Waitress ... Best Food ... Best of Everything !!!!
The food was exceptional!! The Alfredo is sooooooo good. The crab legs were amazing!! The corn fritters are a must have. In all I was very impressed. The only thing I didn't care for was the whole kernel corn.
