They do not care about your mental health needs. Ive called twice to make an appointment, i left voicemails each time and never heard back. That is very unprofessional.

The therapist I saw, Sarah Edinger, was very disconnected and had a judgemental demeanor. This was the last thing I needed to experience in my time of need. I WAS DESPERATE DURING MY SEARCH OF A THERAPIST AND CHOSE THIS FACILITY. I was was very timely for my appointment but the therapist scrabbled from the back to call me for my appointment more than a hour after I arrived. The therapist consistently apologized for calling me to the back for my appointment so late because she was having personal problems with her home life. ... read more
