I have been a patient here for 10 years plus. Ms. Ledford is my primary care physician. I and my family wouldn’t go anywhere else. From the front desk to the lab techs, they are all professionals and treat you as if you are family. I am so grateful to them for taking care of my family all these years.
Sometimes the wait can be lengthy but Dr. Gibbons is amazing. She actually sits down and listens to you and makes certain you are on the right path. The nurses are very friendly and keep things nice and casual. I have had issues with waiting in the past but the last few checkups I have had have not been long at all. I will continue to go here.
Schedule appointment to 12 showed up 30 minutes earlier, they did not have availability to see me. If you scheduling appointment you should respect people's time and see them in that time frame or let them know in advance about a possible delay. I will go to a different place.
