Absolutely hands down the best therapy office and staff. My daughter has been going here for 5 years for speech and occupational therapy and has made tremendous improvement!!! 10/10 highly recommend!

So far my experience had been great. The young lady who usually sits at the front desk is very professional and courteous. However, on 3/20/2025, the receptionist was beyond rude. I placed the form for behavior update in the window, she acted like she didn’t see it. She then waits on another patient and asked if it was hers. I had already asked for a doctors’s note for my grandson, didn’t receive it. I had to ask again, she waited 3 minutes before acknowledging me and then mumbles something incoherently. Never going back again. My psychiatrist thought it was a good idea to try therapy. I was sent to see Tracy. When I first saw her I notice she was not dressed professionally. Her hair was very oily and she was in sweat pants. She had a fish tank with no fish. Her office was cluttered and i had to move things out of chairs so i could sit.
