The councilor made inappropriate and unprofessional jokes at the end of both sessions, she also overshared personal information about her divorce when it was completely irrelevant to my situation. I would not recommend them for adult patients.
Madalyn Messick was my counselor for a few months until my insurance changed. She is such an amazing counselor and so kind,understanding,and comforting to talk with. Counseling can be so uncomfortable and scary to start but she made it EASY and it felt like I had sessions with a friend just chatting about my problems. She always gave me ways that helped me improve the way I saw things and how I reacted as well. 5 stars ALL DAY!! Also,the young receptionist is the SWEETEST ever as well!!
