TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME‼️ Did hearing test Dec. 14 now March 20 … they got paid by insurance and said I had hearing aids but WAS NEVER EVEN PRESENTED with OPTIONS nor asked what I could afford since insurance didn’t pay them full amount. Now I have to start the process ALL OVER AGAIN a HUGE WASTE OF TIME on the phone with insurance and Desoto’s voice mail. No updates Very POOR COMMUNICATION … ID GIVE THEM A ZERO but it’s not offered‼️‼️‼️‼️
