Stay away from this body shop and don’t believe anything terry tells you. I brought my jeep in for a corrosion repair and when I received it back it had a leak . When I called to tell them terry told me they would need to re align the doors due to removing them for the repair. I took the truck back the hour drive each way .I left it with them for a week for the repair and was told it was fixed. Very first rain it leaked worse than before . Came in to check out a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Ford Bronco. Test drove them both. Loved the Jeep, The Bronco obviously needed brakes. When it comes to Pricing, their website is misleading. The Jeep was listed online OTD as $23,454. In the office the the initial price on paper was $28k. However they brought it down to my bottom number $25k. Purchased the Jeep. Loving it.
Update the manager was called out wile we were there and he was rude and does not have any authority to " make things rite " as he told me that he has no control over the owner!!!!! My advice is do not use this dealership. This dealer will tell you that the car you are looking at is there when in reality it's not... they don't care if you drive from almost 2 hours to see it.
Talked them yesterday and this morning to let them know we are driving 2 hours to pick up a mustang. When we arrive Joey tells us the owner took the car this morning so it’s not here. They didn’t want to call us because they wanted to tell us in person. Don’t waste your time dealing with these liars General manager has our number. He was rude when we were there too. He said the owner took the car and he can’t control him.
Had an awesome experience at this dealership. Everyone from the sales associate to the managers and finance manager were friendly and not pushy. Jobie was our sales associate and he was great. Good personality and made our transaction a pleasant experience . Would highly recommend this dealership . We will be back next time we are in need of a new car or truck .
