Went into to go buy a car. I understand how dealerships work I’ve had numerous of high end cars but the salesman treated us as if we couldn’t afford.. you asked me a question of my price point of payments I know how dealers work.. it’s manageable.. but the unprofessional came from the sales tick and who de ides to grab their manager to explain how pricing goes. I once again don’t need to get a lower end car I was choosing to go for a bronco.. but I’ll take my happy self back to bmw where they treat everyone with respect!

The following is a review of the SERVICE DEPT, not the sales dept. First of all, let me say this: THE SERVICE DEPT HERE ROCKS!!! Last year while visiting Arcadia, I had to have a shock replaced on my Jeep Gladiator. The service department manager, Carol Gates, was so kind and realizing I was on vacation, resolved the problem quickly. Fast forward to this year.
