They Don’t Listen!! I, the mother, was supposed to be primary borrower for teen’s car, but instead stepdad was listed first. I am paying every note; stepdad was to be involved only to lower interest rate a few % points. I even had the higher credit score. Now, I am missing out on the most substantial increase to my credit score as well as not being the main title holder.

I purchased a Ford Edge from them in late February of 2020. The customer service and staff was really nice but the car has just had so many major problems. My car stopped accelerating and was jerking on 78 in just four months after purchasing the vehicle and had to take it back so they could fix that and now in July, my sunroof stopped working and my touchscreen is freezing up.
