Not being happy with the veternarian clinic we were using we decided to look for another veternarian clinic we could trust to take our 5 Pomeranians to. We are very happy to have discovered DeSoto Animal hospital about two years ago. They saved one of our Poms who developed Pyometra, a life threatening female infection, through immediate surgery. We have taken our pets to DeSoto Animal Clinic for many many years and have only had wonderful experiences. The doctors, the staff, everyone has always been kind with an obvious love for and commitment to animals. The customer service is excellent and now with an onsite emergency clinic we are even luckier to have this practice in town.
This was our first experience here but we were treated with the utmost respect & kindness ... our Johnny was hurt bad in an emergency situation and was seen right away and treated. We can't say enough about the doctors & staff ... they are the Best!
They took such good care of my dog, Jeffrey, during an emergency situation. Even though we weren’t established patients, they took us immediately and treated him. They will now be our primary vet! Staff and doctor was wonderful!! Thank you!
It was an emergency situation and everyone there was more than kind. They treated my dod and I with great care and helped make a difficult and heart wrenching decision easier to bear. Thanks to the entire staff and especially Dr. Emilee V for her care and compassion for my dog and me.
We were treated with so much kindness and respect when we had to put down our 15 year old lab, Max. The staff brought in a fluffy blanket, gave him a sedative and we were able to hold and pet him while he gently passed away. We were given all the rime we needed with him, extremely considerate staff through the whole process.
