I have been taking my animals here for 19 years. Sadly, I will be finding a new vet clinic. I feel like the focus has changed from caring to generating $$$$$. I took my dog in for his annual visit they ran up charges not discussing the cost. When my husband brought him back to see the yeast infection in his ears had cleared, they charged another $40 on top of the nearly $400 from the previous visit. Then gave him pain medicine for a dog that was in great health 7 days prior. Sure seems like a way to get me to bring him back ... read more
RecommendedThank you SO much DeSoto Animal Clinic for helping us get Jaws our 7month old cat in when he randomly got sick. You guys did such an amazing job squeezing us in and getting him the care he needed. Since then we have take him back for a followup and to get different medicine. Both times the staff, vets and techs all were so nice and caring. Even if our cat wasn't the happiest to be there!
Words cannot express my gratefulness to the doctors and staff at DAC. The loving care they showed our dog Bailey through her last days were priceless. They worked with us to establish a plan to allow her to stay home with minimal pain and discomfort. Empathy and care was shown by every staff member.Special thanks to Dr. Alta, Dr Harper, and especially Dr. Alex. You all made this difficult time bearable. God bless all of you. Renee Konieczka

I love going to DeSoto. Great care of both my dogs. Reasonably priced for routine services. Always explain options and pricing. The staff is great. We have been going there for 15 years.

I started taking my cat there back in the early 80ies then when I got my dogs they all went there too. I highly recommend DeSoto Animal Clinic, they are very thorough with your pet and transparent with information about your pet. As far as price, it is comparable to any other very qualified veterinary Clinic.
