This place is run by incompetent shirkers from top to bottom who can't handle their basic responsibilities. TWICE I have been in an accident that was not my fault and twice they conducted a half-assed investigation, which resulted in me being at fault, only for me to challenge and SUCCESSFULLY OVERTURN THEIR OUTRAGEOUS MISCONDUCT both times with a result of not at fault. If I could post negative stars, there would not be enough negatives to give. Horrible response. Mistakes made by them that will ultimately be put on you and made your fault. Zero compassion. Zero transparency. They do not care about you. Not a single bit. My advice is to stay away from this company. You and I mean nothing to them.
