Everyone at Desires is professional and customer focused. Scott's designs are beautiful, and there are always choices at different price points. A pleasure to work with. I won't go to any other jewelry store!!
Okay, I'll admit it. I have a bit of a Desires habit. Since their opening in Chappaqua, they have been my go-to resource for all things jewelry (and then some). I've purchased beautiful, original pieces from their exquisitely curated collection. I've gone to them with funky, outdated old pieces of my own which they've redisgned with utmost of taste and creativity. I've gone to them for repairs, appraisals, gifts... and handbags too. We are so lucky to have a store like Desires By Mikolay in town! Classy, full service, highest craftsmanship, reasonable prices and, WOW, what a selection! Something for all tastes in every price range. But what I love most about Desires is the feeling of community support. It certainly takes a village and I am glad that Desires is part of ours! Great Service and wonderful inventory... Must Visit
A company is only as good as the people behind it. Scott, Tara and their staff could not be any more helpful and friendly. When you add in expert knowledge and craftsmanship you get a would class jewelry and gift store. Every friend, family member, and client that I have sent to see them now call it their store! When you can recommend a business without hesitation - Now thats the true test.
I had a great experience at desires. Dave was very helpful and I can't wait to pick up my new rings. The prices were very reasonable and they are very helpful.
