Jim was so much more than our real estate agent. He went above and beyond while we were looking, buying, during our construction process as it was a new build home, closing, and even helped with speaking to our mortgage company and construction manager many of times as we had trouble with them and lack of communication with us. Jim and Desiree are great and awesome. They are probably the best real estate agents that you can find in the Lehigh Valley region. They have lots of patience. Jim and Desiree were the best realtors my boyfriend and I could have asked for as first time home buyers.
