I had the most wonderful experience at Desimone Mitsubishi. I don't have the best credit and I really needed a car. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON!! STAY FAR AWAY!! HORRIBLE, SHODDY WORK!!! We were in a major accident and from out of the state. We were towed to their shop at 6:30 on a Friday night, given a bunch of paperwork for a rental vehicle and in that paperwork for the rental and the authorization to have the insurance co pay them directly for the rental was an authorization for them to repair our vehicle. Fraud! Horrifying Experience! DeSimone Mitsubishi – I received a coupon from DeSimone for a free oil change and state/emission inspection. This was my first time with this dealership. The Service Manager, John, was extremely rude from the beginning. Later, Oleg, the mechanic asked me to go into the shop to help him find the wheel lock keys.
