Zero Ratings, but it isn’t an option.. Been a customer for 20 years now; ever since located in Union Lake, MI. The place has changed hands again and it’s customer service is now terrible. Appointment was 5 months ago. Took a month for the glasses to arrive; took 5 months for the contacts to arrive. Said they texted both times, but no texts to either device at the documented number. Had to call them BOTH times. Now they want more money. Don’t go to this establishment . . . period!!
