I contacted Precious Petals at 6:15PM on a Friday night with an emergency flower order. Not only did they jump to try and accommodate me, but they worked with me to find exactly what shades I needed. When ordering flowers for religious ceremonies, hue and variety are extremely important. While it may sound silly, asking yourself "where am I supposed to find a 14" star shaped standing spray at this time of night?" is a very real nightmare that will torment me for weeks to come.
