Awful experience. Called to make sure Flowers's would be delivered on valentines and they never were. They waited till the day of to call and tell me they were out of that color, after I ordered days in advance. Whenever they called to say they were out I was at work and when I tried to call back (numerous times) it went to voicemail and I never got an answer from them so flowers never got delivered.
Beautiful design and good people! Will recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional floral arrangement. Also the best taco truck slings tacos weekend nights in the parking lot. Just a street north of Main St in Downtown Norman.
Did not deliver the flowers that I ordered, and my girlfriend had to go pick them up...on two separate occasions. Not only did they not deliver (after I paid the $10 delivery fee), but also were completely different flowers than what were ordered. Not the service I expected when ordering a $100+ bouquet of flowers.
I have never even heard of anything like this before. I was a groomsmen in a wedding at the Railhouse Hall. I do not live in Norman so I have no biased for the success or failure of one business or another. Saturday, one of the bridesmaids showed up to pick up the bouquet and boutonnieres for the wedding.
