Never had worse service. It has been several months now, and I am still waiting for my pins. I called and emailed--no response. Extremely disappointed, and can't get a refund. Find a more reliable designer.
If there was a rating for a "0 Star" this company would earn it. We purchased pins for our daughter upcoming State Meet two weeks prior to the event through this company. We purchased the product online and we have a receipt, the product has never been shipped...this has been 6 weeks. I have placed two phone calls and to date have not received a return message back, if this company has got out of business it is no surprise to me. They will not get anymore of our money.
